Last weekend I had the pleasure to be part of an amazing food experience in Toronto hosted by the Chef Sebastian Gallucci. He created a special “VIP Frescola Foodies Night” and made sure to cook all his guests an unforgettable experience. Chef Seba and his cooking partner, Massi made us travel with their food from Argentina , to Italia, and Quebec with our duck. I was honoured to be part of this event and I want to thank everybody for their support and their amazing comments about our duck.
